Helical bevel gears made of alloy steel, toothed with the GLEASON spiral system, case-hardened, tempered and lapped in pairs on the ideal generatrix.<\/p>\n

Shafts made of hardened and tempered steel, ground all round<\/p>\n

Solid shaft tolerance j6<\/p>\n

Hollow shaft hole tolerance H7 – H8<\/p>\n

Cylindrical ends with threaded hole at top according to UNI 3221<\/p>\n

Keys according to UNI 6604<\/p>\n

The precise construction of the gears allows, on request and depending on the operating speed, mounting with minimal angular play between the teeth.<\/p>\n

The good execution of the parts, as well as the accurate assembly, allow for a total efficiency of 94-97%.<\/p>\n
